Minding the Gaps!

There's no way to be perfect. Not as a human, a business owner, parent, or improviser. What we can do is strive to do our best every day and be open to learning from what comes our way.

Don't expect to have all the answers or know all the tricks. If you did, what fun would the path of life be?

Recently, some items were brought to my attention and instead of panicking or berating myself for not seeing there was a piece of the puzzle missing, I was grateful for the feedback and even more so for the fact that the person was comfortable to let me know.

I was able to reflect and realize where a gap exists in our current leadership training program. As a result, I updated and implemented retraining.

There are always going to be gaps and as long as you mind them, you'll find they become less frequent an more manageable!
